Gospel Contest

The ten High School girls had been
preparing for a month studying and reflecting on Chapter 1-8 of St. Luke’s
Gospel. Study of the Gospel was done seriously
by all girls knowing that the main goal of the contest was not only winning a
prize but rather to witness to our faith in Christ Jesus.
It was with joy and eagerness that the
girls delved into the Gospel pages to deepen and reflect on the actions and
teachings of Jesus. The experience helped them deepen their
knowledge of Christ, our Savior, to get closer to Him and, hopefully, to make
Him known to others as they walk in life.
Present at the Contest were the Sisters
of the Community, Foreign Volunteers, members of the Staff and many boarders,
catholic and Buddhist.
The winners were gloriously proclaimed and were awarded with a prize:
1st Prize to Vong Vorleak 2nd Prize to Vong Bopha 3rd Prize to Map Sokha
All others participants were awarded a "Good Performance Prize"
