CMY PROVINCIAL COUNCIL AND ANIMATORS JOINT FORMATION SESSION

For the first time the Provincial Council and Animators of Cambodia and Myanmar had its joint formative encounter last August 8, 2018. The formation session was facilitated by Georgia Tan, a Singaporean who is a human capital and strategy consultant with a specialization on leadership and organizational development, with a focus on change management and culture transformation.

The one-day session was an enrichment to the Sisters who are in the role of animation to better understand the importance of learning how to receive and give feedback. The facilitator’s capacity to encourage participation in the discussion was indeed a great way to learn and to enhance one’s self-knowledge and understanding.
