WATER FESTIVAL AT PHNOM PENH 2016
Sr. Gema, FMA, and Salesian Lay Missioner, Analese Snyder, along with staff from Don Bosco
School Teuk Thla ventured to the Cambodian Water festival with twenty-five boarders from the
school. The first stop was Wat Phnom (Mountain Pagoda) to visit the Buddhist temple and climb
the only mountain in Phnom Penh. Then, the group ventured down to the riverside near the
Royal Palace to enjoy treats and watch boats from different provinces race down the river. The
adventure ended with ice cream for everyone
